Hey guys I'm trying to jet the RD350. It has DG pipes and Y-Boot. It's currently running:
230 main
27.5 pilot
clip on 3

Should I move down to 25 for pilot? I'd like to order two now and hopefully have it by weekend. Or would that be too lean and I should just back off the main and clip?

Moto Carerra suggests:
210-220 main
25-27.5 pilot
clip on 4

Hi Jason,
Where is the bog? What kind of foul is it? lean/rich/oil?
Does it buck on decelleration? Does it sound dull?
A great resource is http://www.mikuni.com/pdf/vmmanual.pdf

I can't even get it to stay running more than a few seconds, too rich I think. The gas/oil mix is 36:1

I've had a 220 in it too, and had the clip all over trying to get it right but no luck.

Where is you air screw set? It's not a fuel screw so the more turns out, the more air in. This is for the pilot circut (idle to 1/4 throttle)

Start with the timing, 2.0mm btdc
Then jet to the pilot circut, then the mains and needles

it's still timed to what you put it at?

I should just take it to someone, throw in the towel.
